Commercial Observer has reported that a new development in the Galleria/Uptown area will break ground next year. This development by Deiso Moss real estate investment group is said to be a 43-story 550,000+ square-foot mixed-use tower with 100,000 feet of office space and 355 multifamily units.

Ziegler Cooper, architect behind several other Houston high rises, is also the brains behind this development. With the rising costs of rent rates in the area, it doesn't come as a surprise that rents will range between $2300 to $6000.

White-tablecloth retail chains has expressed interest in the high end multi-use building for a potential collaboration for food options.
