Set to open in Q4 of 2022, Watermark Heights Senior Living, under current development by Watermark Retirement Communities will be a 182,000+ square foot 7-story senior living residential community in Houston’s notable Heights neighborhood.
Ranging from studio to 2 bedrooms, the development is set to include 198 units with independent & assisted living along with memory care. We can expect a wide array of amenities coming in the fall like a state of the art fitness center, a wellness center offering a number of different movement and exercise classes, a library, swimming pool, golf simulator, theater, art studio, a salon, and fine dining choices at the cafe, formal dining room, and bar. Residents can also expect many activities on the lawn and to top it off, a top floor with skyline views of the city.
Being a lifelong learner is important to developers Muñoz & Albin so it was important to integrate the Watermark University system which is a number of classes offered here at the community promoting a high level of community engagement through promoting the learning of a wide variety of subjects, later to be named, right on the premises.
